(136) Michael S. Persell, 83, of Gladstone, MO passed away May 20, 2025. He was initiated 4/1/1963 (62-years of service) and retired 1/1/1994. He is survived by his wife, Maria Persell, son, Phil Persell, who is a Local 533 member, and sons, Sam, Nathan and Jim Persell and John and Pat Caime. (135) William D. Ballew, 42, of Freeman, MO passed away May 1, 2025. He was initiated 6/4/2002 (22-years of service). He is survived by his father, Jack E. Ballew, who is a retired Local 533 Pipefitter, and mother, Patricia Ballew, two sisters, Patricia and Samantha, and two nephews.
